Yesterday, I wrote that I believe that Norman will still see His day.
The teachings given him, the things revealed . . the hidden secrets, the unfolding of the Kingdom, the insights into FAITH, the origins of the Triune God, the inter-personal relationship of the God-Head, the grafting of the Church into the Vine and so many other wonderful treasures.
What I find amazing is how TRUTH, when it is revealed comes so simply, whether to Norman, whether to us or others . . .seemingly, the light comes on and we adapt, almost as if we find it quite natural to dwell in the light. It really is a little like going into a darkened room and switching on the light. As the light dispels the darkness, there are no oooohs and aaaahs, just an appreciation, but no fanfare.
Normanís insights are truly amazing . . but I wonder whether he really knew the extent of the riches God was investing in Him? There have been great men and great ministries . . some build an entire ministry on a single revelation. That revelation becomes the lynchpin, the stay, the corner-stone of their ministry. Often, it is introduced with such fanfare that the emphasis soon changes from the REVEALER to the one who received the revelation. To such, and in such cases, often the well runs dry and no further treasures are shared.
To Norman, because He understood what it meant to be IN CHRIST, the revelation was a constant stream, like a river . . As the river began to flow, the source, the REVEALER/PROVIDER became ever more comfortable to RELEASE AN EVER INCREASING SUPPLY.
It appears to a large extent the message has been rejected by the Church? If this were not so, then certainly we would have heard/seen some of these treasures before and from other sources. Oh, I know that there have been elements of these treasures in the Church . . people have taught on FAITH, and its even sprung up into what has almost become a denomination. Somehow, though, the message has lost its simplicity, and become tainted to the degree that oftimes the messenger is no longer drawing from His well.
Except a grain of wheat fall into the ground and die . . it abides alone and cannot bring forth fruit. I canít help feeling that people like you and DeeDee and countless others, the Children of Promise, will yet bring forth/produce/birth what God always intended through Norman. He will have his day .
Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Even more, the children who are joined to the SOURCE will tap into the Great I AM, and He will open the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
I suspect this blessing will be somewhat different than what many expect, but it will conform to His definition of blessing . .
This blessing will be His presence and a manifestation of His glory, expressed through His children.
